We're losing insect pollinators at an alarming rate, and that's bad for coffee.

This week, in coffee news:
- A new study shows that climate change and loss of habitat are massively impacting pollinating insects in the tropics, which is bad news for coffee.
- Nespresso and Peet’s have agreed to end a trademark dispute over their coffee pods. (Incidentally, Nespresso has been involved in a lot of lawsuits around its pods over the years.)
- Starbucks is taking its union to court over a social media post in support of Palestine, while the union countersued for defamation.
- And workers at three separate US specialty coffee companies announced their intent to unionize in the same week.
