About the Pourover

The Pourover is a newsletter about the coffee industry by Fionn Pooler.

Subscribers on Substack will receive an original article every other Friday that delves into a different topic related to coffee. I’ve interviewed both coffee farmers and celebrity coffee YouTubers, explored the forgotten history of coffee companies, and focused extensively on coffee’s role in the climate crisis.

There’s also the weekly Coffee News Roundup, and although it’s now hosted exclusively on Fresh Cup Magazine subscribers will still receive a summary of the week’s coffee news every Monday.

This site serves as an archive for old Roundups as well as other pieces I published before moving to Substack.
